crochet:: a little thing called a mid-life crisis

OK, I am confessing here and now that this particular birthday bothered me.

It’s just a number.  But I really DO NOT like my number right now.

Moving on.

I was given a LoVeLy birthday surprise party and I had to share the yarny parts.

    1. We must be sharing a number??? And the cake was lemon and divine 🙂 When the day arrives that we can celebrate together, I suggest we have tea and cake to make up for a few un-postable shares 🙂 Then we will move on to the wine!

  1. Happy birthday! You will get used to your number. I remember I didn’t like 35, but 36 was one of my favorite ages–I am not talking about my life at those ages, necessarily, just the numbers. 35 seemed bad, but 36 seemed awesome. I know, it doesn’t make sense, :).

What great friends you have to throw you a party like that!

  2. Ha, we share that age. I’m not especially keen on it but on the brighter side Mr P is close to the big 50 so we should definitely be pleased with ourselves 😉 (I do keep reminding him too!).
