food:: kabobs and foil packets

Lately, we have been trying to find new ways to to use the veggies from our garden. This one was great.

Potato Packets::
3 or 4 potatoes

Lawry’s Seasoned Salt

fresh parsley

olive oil

~ another loaf of No-Knead Bread (with rosemary this time)~

Looks delicious. By the way, is “kabobs” what you call them in the States, or was that a typo?

  Thanks. Yeah, some people call them “shish-kabobs”. What do you call them? Because really, “kabobs” is a dorky word.

    We call them kebabs, with the stress on the second syllable. Not that different, I suppose 🙂
