Today is my husband’s birthday and I am making a dutch apple pie (his request instead of a cake), and letting him take a nap.
Talk about making it easy for me!
We each took a hooky day off from work, so while he naps the afternoon away I am going to get busy on that other sock.
Of course, that is after I play doorman for the cats for the 50th time today. (Ever seen the musical CATS? – yeah I’ve got 2 Rum Tum Tuggers – “when you let me in then all I want is out…”) Maybe it has something to do with the nest of mice they found last night in the back yard…
