life:: the baby shower was a success

I enjoyed the day with some very wonderful girls.

~the invites were one of a kind~

that cool photo is of the mommy-to-be

~the nibbles were delish~

~the games were silly and fun~

BTW:: the wedding ring predicted a girl – I will keep you posted on it’s accuracy

~and our friend was given so many wonderful things to start off her journey through motherhood~

The other bit of good news is that I was able to finish the matching baby booties in time.  Hurray!

I was worried that  I had procrastinated way too long choosing a pattern.  Crisis averted.

Now that I am caught up on gifts, it is time to clear out the WiP basket.

I have some really fun patterns lined up that I am eager to begin.

I am still working on the dreamy layers pillow, an iPad sleeve, and up-cycled bracelets.

I am giving myself 1 week to finish them all.  The clock starts…NOW.
