A.MA.ZING!!!

I am nearly speechless.  My wonderful husband took me to a lake only 3 miles from our house.

I have never seen such an amazing sight.  Wow!

There were so many that I stopped counting at 78.  Yes, that’s correct , 78 bald eagles in one place.

Again, Wow!

For a species that was on the brink of extinction, I was awestruck to see so many.

They are breathtaking and beautiful.

I hope to go back to see them often.  I would love to see these babies as they grow.

 

I wish I had a massive telephoto lens!

When I was kid, I really wanted to be a photographer for National Geographic Magazine when I grew up.  I still have that dream…

Animals are so wonderful to photograph.
